'During this time as our gym doors are closed, we remain completely committed to supporting your health and well being. We are all one and in this journey together. Your loyalty means everything to us and we want to clarify your membership status over the next couple of weeks to give you peace of mind. All monthly paying members will not be charged a direct debit payment on 1st April. Your next direct debit will be taken once we re-open. We will ensure that the time you were not able to use the gym due to closure will be reflected. All lump sum paying members will have the time we are closed added to the end of their membership or a voucher will be issued which you can redeem against your own membership or gift it to a friend or family. Your membership remains on hold free of charge until we re-open.
